North Bergen Housing Authority: New Senior Residential Building
Design of a new 61,200 square foot residential building located at the southwest corner of the property currently occupied by the North Bergen Housing Authority’s Terrace Apartments site. The four story building comprises seventy-two one bedroom units, each containing 720 square feet along with parking for one hundred thirty-six vehicles. This includes thirty-five parking spaces under the building, thirty-four spaces in a lower level parking deck and the remaining sixty-seven parking spaces in the front of the building.
