North Bergen Housing Authority Façade Restoration
Complete façade restoration of 10 two and three-story buildings that comprise Meadowview Village, a residential housing development. The existing “Exterior Finish Insulation System” (EFIS) was installed over the existing brick masonry with minimal insulation that did not meet the current energy code and was replaced on all buildings. Prior to installation of the new facade, the existing building was insulated and waterproofed to improve the thermal envelope of the building. A new composite panel (Trespa) was also added around each of the building entrances for improved aesthetics.
