Design of a new mixed use development on a vacant site. The proposed five-story building includes two floors of Commercial / Office Space (2nd & 3rd Floors), and two floors of Residential Space (4th & 5th Floors) containing a mix of studio/efficiency, one bedroom and four two bedroom units. Additionally, parking is provided underneath the building.
