Interior and Exterior Renovation
A 32,000 square foot addition to an existing 28,000 square foot Town Hall. The addition will allow the Town to aggregate the Town Supervisor, Attorney, and Clerks offices into one facility. Additionally, the existing Town Hall building will contain the Police Department and Town Justice Department with expanded parking to accommodate all reconfigured departments.
The project was designed to LEED Standards and achieved a certified quote level for a LEED – Equivalent building. Building envelope performance met Passive Haus air infiltration standards, along with high efficiency mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment that will provide the town with an energy efficient building for decades.
